You can learn how to skydive on your own with our AFF (Accelerated Freefall) training course. With AFF training it means that on your very first skydive which is from 11 000ft, you are free falling with an instructor by your side giving you ‘in-air’ training – so you’re improving your body’s position and learning from the get-go.

The Intermediate Skills Programme (ISP) teaches you Formation Skydiving (FS) skills in order to be able to free fall in proximity to other skydivers. The most necessary skill being able to track away before deployment altitude – i.e. giving you your own clear airspace before deploying your parachute.

This course is a requirement for obtaining your A license. It involves ground training, supervised pack jobs and a practical test.
